A Creative Citizens Production in association with AFFIT
A Rerr Terr
Sketches and scripts devised & written by the performers
Directed by Kate Black
Costumes & Props by Rachel Mimiec
Performed on 26 July at Woodside Hall, Glasgow
As the performance of Pigeon was intense, it was agreed by all that something lighter with less responsibility was required for the summer project.
In Cahootz worked in partnership with AFFIT, a group affiliated to North West Recovery that promotes alcohol-free social events. This joint project involved a Creative Citizens performance followed by a disco.
The performance, entitled A Rerr Terr, was a cabaret-style show that included comedy sketches, songs, dance routines and drama all written and/or devised by the participants themselves. It attracted an audience of 160 people.
A very successful performance and partnership and it resulted in more people joining the Creative Citizens project.
