Personal Development Award
In Cahootz, offers the opportunity for participants to achieve the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF) Personal Development Award. This is delivered in a learning enviroment that is already familiar and comfortable to them, ensuring they have no barriers and have the best learning experience. The course is delivered and assessed by two accredited members of the In Cahootz Creative Team in partnership with Fife College of Education.
Participants start off at SCQF Level 4, moving onto SCQF Level 5, and then SCQF Level 6. The course is broken down into four units:
- Personal Development: Self Awareness
- Personal Development: Practical Ability
- Personal Development: Self in Community
- Personal Development: Self in Work
Each unit coincides with the activities offered in the Creative Programme, Main Production and Art Exhibition.
The personal development award is offered to participants in both our Creative Citizens project and Barrhead Drama Youth Theatre.
